Home delivery
Home-delivery orders are sent by courier. Shipping is free. Tyre World books the shipment through Shiprocket, our logistics partner. Shiprocket and its courier are responsible for pickup, transit, and delivery.
After dispatch we share tracking by email. Delivery time depends on the courier and your pin code. We do not promise a fixed delivery date.
Store fitment
Orders booked for in-store fitment at Tyre World, Bibwewadi, Satara Road, Pune, are not shipped. You visit the workshop and our team fits the sensors. There is no courier and no shipping charge on these orders.
If a shipment has a problem
Delay, loss, or damage while the parcel is with the courier is Shiprocket’s responsibility. Contact Tyre World with your order number and photos of the box and product. We will coordinate with Shiprocket and try our best to get the issue resolved. Please contact us rather than only the courier.
