Tyre World does not warrant the sensors
Tyre World sells and, when booked, fits TPMS valve sensors. We do not provide our own product warranty.
The product states a 5-year warranty on car sensors and a 3-year warranty on bike sensors. That cover sits with the manufacturer, on the terms supplied with the set. Tyre World coordinates a claim and does not decide it.
What is not a Tyre World warranty claim
- Normal wear after the sensors have been used
- Damage from installation, misuse, or an accident
- A set that was opened, fitted, and then returned because you changed your mind
How we help
Keep your Tyre World order confirmation as proof of purchase. If you believe a sensor has a manufacturing defect, contact us with the order number and clear photos. We will coordinate the claim and try our best to move the request. The manufacturer decides whether the claim is covered.
A set we sent by mistake is not a warranty claim. That is covered by our returns policy as a wrong item from the shop.
